TESTIMONIALS

"A quick note to let you know that we really enjoyed our time in Santa Lucia. Your villa is charming and the location excellent to explore the small villages all around the area."

"We really came to appreciate your "use some and leave some" concept.
Friends we met there, who were staying at another place, were not so fortunate.  They didn't have so much as toilet paper, salt and pepper etc. and as a result they felt a bit unwelcome when we compared notes in exchange visits."

"We are in the house now and everything is exactly to our expectations! We will have a great time for sure."

"Thank you both so much for the opportunity to stay at the farmhouse
during our trip to Italy. It was a wonderful place to call home after our
many day trips in the area. You are so blessed to have a such a lovely
place to escape to."

"What a lovely week in Tuscany!

You have done an amazing work with the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very beautiful and your pictures are really great. We have spent lovely evenings eating “peccorino cheese” and drinking chianti in the kitchen island. The landscapes surrounding the house, with slopes covered with vineyards and houses hidden beyond the cypresses in the top of the hills represent the very image of Tuscany. As for its location, it couldn’t be better. Besides Florence, Siena and Pisa, we could easily arrive to villages as Volterra or Cole Val d’elsa. And, of course, San Gimignano, where the sunsets were unforgettable. There are two restaurants there we’d like to recommend to you, la Mangiatoia (excellent tartuffo crepes) and Cumquibus (excellent pici) . By the way, we also recommend Lucca if you haven’t been there. It’s a little far away (1,5 hours drive), but really worth a visit."
