Botanical Gourds
Having visited
the Royal Botanical Gardens in Atlanta, Georgia, on a beautiful,
sunny fall day, I noticed these attentive looking gourds basking in
the sunlight. The earthy tones and fall colours and textures were
irresistible.

Pepper Paradise

The St. Jacob Market is always
a visual feast for the eyes
during harvest time. This painting
was not only visually stimulating
to paint, but was a therapeutic
experience for me. My allergy to
green peppers, however, was
not cured during the painting of
this vegetable medley.
